HOUSE HUNTER REALTY, a COENS subsidiary and qualified realtor, is in position to start a home-search service in Korea.

Initially the service will be introduced for the cities of Busan, Ulsan, Geoje and Changwon in the Gyeongnam province, and will gradually be extended to other regions.

Expats and Korean locals would be assisted through;

  the home-search process; including a detailed needs-assessment,

  selection and viewing of short-listed properties,

  and assistance with lease agreement with the property owner.

They would also have the option of availing additional services like, ‘Settling-in Assistance’, ‘Maintenance’ and ‘Departure Service’.
