COENS’ China office* has recently been awarded a manpower support service contract by ‘CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited’ (CSPC). 

The contract covers the provision of specialist personnel for ‘System Acceptance Trial’ (SAT) and ‘Commissioning and Start-Up’ (CSU) activities at a Petrochemical Industrial Park, Guangdong 

Province, in China.

COENS has been an active services provider to the oil and gas industry in China for the past 13 years. Our offices in Shanghai, Dalian, Yantai and Hong Kong have been providing support services to a large number of clients including Shell, Chevron, Total, Inpex, Technip, and Daewoo E&P in a compliant and reliable manner.
