Rowena brings to COENS over 17 years of experience in recruitment and human resources consulting covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar and China. She held several key positions in the industry and built a track record of continued success achieved through effective strategic and functional leadership.  She has successfully won and 

managed delivery of manpower solutions for numerous large-scale and mid-sized projects that significantly impacted company growth and profitability.  Her capability extends to many areas of the 

business 

– operations, recruitment, solution sales and key accounts management, commercial and contracts, third-party vendor and contractor management, and overall client services delivery.  Her strong 

competencies in labor and statutory legislations, taxation, pricing and commercial risk assessment built her credibility and reputation as trusted advisor to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

As Country Manager, Rowena will be directly responsible for all operations and growth in country and in building a high-performance, achieving team to grow the business in Singapore.
