COENS has recently been awarded the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification by The Korea Customs Service (KCS) and is now a member of the Korea AEO in compliance with World 

Customs Organization (WCO) WCO SAFE Framework.

AEO is an international standard established by the World Customs Organization (WCO) as a system to review trade related laws and regulations, safety management level and to give preference to customs clearance procedures for authorized companies. 

AEO authorization levels are determined by measuring Law Compliance among companies with regard to Financial Solvency and Security Management.

To be eligible for the ‘Level A’ of this certification COENS was also required to score 80 points or more in the 'Internal Control System' Assessment conducted by Korea Customs Service (KCS). 

Having cleared the assessment, COENS is now a certified ‘Level A’ member.
