COENS’ local manpower division in Korea is celebrating the milestone of making its 15,000th  manpower placement in the oil and gas industry. This is a major success for the division who are also 

the largest market share holder for local recruitment in this sector in Korea.

The local recruitment division was initiated in 2003 by Mr. Y C Kim who is currently the CEO of the company.

It began by recruiting a small number of local personnel in Samsung, Daewoo, Hyundai and other offshore fabrication yards in Korea in 2003. Over the period of 13 years, the division made 15000 

placements and counting in varied disciplines.
