COENS attends naming ceremony of 'North Dragon Rig' Posted on 21. Dec. 2021

COENS is honored to have been invited to attend the naming ceremony of North Dragon, North Sea Rig’s maiden rig at the CIMC Raffles yard in Yantai, China. The event took place on November 26, 2015 and was attended by several hundred people.
On behalf of COENS, the event was attended by Claire Eom, Regional Manager- Global Recruitment Division, Felix Cha, Recruitment Specialist-Global Recruitment Division and Larry Park,
Manpower Manager – COENS, China.
The North Sea Deepwater Semi-Submersible Drilling Rig - North Dragon is winterized and designed to operate in harsh environment on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and the Barent Sea.
The North Dragon Rig fulfills the requirement of PSA, NMA, NORSOK and NPD Standards and is classed by DNVGL. It also meets the strictest environmental and zero emission requirements.
COENS is associated with this project for the provision of Expat Manpower, Local Chinese Manpower and Procurement services. During this time, COENS was also granted a contract extension
and will support these projects through to completion.
