COENS paid internship program enables candidates to use what they’ve learned, expand their knowledge and benefit from invaluable on-the-job experience. It’s a great way to explore 

the career choices that lie ahead of you. COENS program runs for a 6 month period where all interns are afforded the opportunity to work in various departments, gathering 

knowledge and finding a path that best suits them moving forward. At the end of the program, a number of successful candidates will be offered a permanent position within our operations.
